Why do your financial advisors ask for a code when we have detailed questions?
When we receive questions that are about a client, we ask the client to mention a code we have sent to you, this to be sure you have the right to get the information you ask about. It is one of our security setups to protect you as a client.
Do we need to type in the security code in an email also?
We ask you to include the code also in an email, as it is not a fully secure media.
How do you work with communication?
We use the newest communication systems, especially Skype and Zoom as those lines are encrypted. Our accountants cover the first shift of the day, and the Danish office will take over. We also have an exclusive chat directly setup to your Account Manager, like you will get access to a company page in our project Management system, in this way you can follow our tasks, and the task we work with, updated online in the same second we note into the system, so in many ways its more near than normal, some will say.
The Q&A must be seen as a part of our business agreement and payment terms. All our clients have got our business agreement and payment terms. If you are one of our clients and need a copy please sent us an email or ask your Account Manager.
